Below are some of are common questions about returns
I received my item and it was damaged. Is it possible to get a replacement?
Oh no! Most of the time, yes. Contact us as soon as possible if you have any issues with your order. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Please understand that after 30 days of receiving your order, we may be limited as to what we can do for you.
I had a change of heart. Can I get a refund?
After an order has been processed and shipped, our sales are final. Sorry. We rely on you to take responsibility for your purchase decision and commit to it. If there’s no legitimate reason to refund your order (such as damage) or you can’t supply evidence that it was made incorrectly or unjustly, then you're just going to have to live with your decision.

Depending on the size and scope of the project, we can typically have a job completed within 10-15 business days of submission, not including shipping. We include turnaround times with every estimate, but we encourage clients to submit orders as far in advance as possible to avoid any hiccups. Shipping terms and times are negotiated on a project by project basis, depending on the client needs.

Of course! We can print on just about any kind of paper, and have great relationships with top-notch paper manufacturers, who can help us find the right fit for you. For sure. We can print as large as 26”x40,” and just about as small as you’d like. We start with 20”x26” master sheets, which can be further divided to accommodate smaller posters, invites, or cards. With smaller sizes, please note that there will be a higher cutting cost. Please get in touch with us regarding smaller cuts for an estimate.
Can you split a fountain?
Definitely, at an extra cost. Due to the handmade nature of split fountains, we cannot guarantee exact blends as they appear on your computer, and the fade will vary slightly from print to print. Please note where you would like a split fountain on your files.
